I haven't been able to tap and go and get the 2% Cashback since Friday.
Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone on Sunday, but yesterday the call centre told me there was an outage to Paywave affecting some customers. Still wasn't working last night.

Mine working fine on Saturday and Monday. If not working you sure you have any money in it? If cash back not working - you may be over the limit for the month or you didn't do the $2k deposit yet?

Sorry if this is sound silly, while most of the time you can tap on the machine screen, some other machine you need to tap in certain location - if you know this, then the card may have been not working properly - you will need then to ask for replacement card from HSBC.
Mine worked today and twice yesterday (Apple Pay under $100)
After I applied for apple pay, my physical card stopped working, but the card works through apple pay tap and go
Couldn't use my Mastercard on servo this morning, debit card was OK.
