There are a few things on clearance with the Scanpan website.

The thing that caught my eye is the 32 cm lid at $10.95. This also incurs a $10 delivery fee in Melbourne.

I have, previously, bought the 32cm lid, for my haptIQ wok. It sits on top, rather than seals into the sides, but it, still, works very well as a lid. However, the lid does sit snuggly into my 32 cm Scanpan frying pan.

When I bought my lid it was about $30, so I think $11 is really good, even if you have to pay the additional $10 for postage. It appears to be really good quality.

When I bought mine I avoided delivery costs by picking it up at their depot in Melbourne. I spoke to a lovely lady who was very helpful.

They have a couple of other things on special, as well, that might be useful; especially if stacked.

Just thought people who want a lid for their wok might be interested.

  There are not any pictures, how does this one look like from the inside? Can the holes be closed?

    The holes can’t be closed but there are, only, two of them and they are quite small so you don’t lose a lot of steam. I used my wok, with the lid, to poach some eggs the other day and there was lots of steam contained under the lid. I, suspect, they are there to stop too much of a pressure build up.

    I’ve included some pictures showing the underside of the lid and how it sits with the wok and the saucepan. I tried to show the holes in relation to this.

  Loved my Scanpans for the first few months but the nonstick has completely stopped working. Probably going to return them.
