  • Thanks OP, I bought two of the V90 128GB cards in prep for my new camera coming out later this year 😀

    • Well… don't hold out, what ya getting?

For such a ridiculous huge body, i think they should implement a CF Type B card. UHS-II SD has been around for too long and getting behind all other protocol.

  • Thanks for the price comparisons!

  • Thanks! Now I just need some price drops on the CFExpress Type B…….

    • FYI just got an email that they are now doing some decent sales off the Type B Gold on their own website. Not sure how that stacks up against competitors as I don't use Type B.

      Coupons:
      CFXBG128 - CFEXPRESS TYPE B (GOLD) 128GB 40% Off single & 2-packs!
      CFXBG512 - CFEXPRESS TYPE B (GOLD) 512GB 64% Off single & 2-packs!
      CFXBG1TB - CFEXPRESS TYPE B (GOLD) 1TB 49% Off single & 2-packs!

CFXBCS - CFEXPRESS TYPE B (COBALT) 325GB/650GB 10% Off Single Cards
      CFXBC2PK - CFEXPRESS TYPE B (COBALT) 325GB/650GB 5% Off 2-packs

Shipping is quite expensive from them (and need to add GST too) but not sure if the high % off on the gold helps offset that.

      • I dont think the Gold are fast enough til I get to 512GB capacity. The 128GB are too slow for min write speeds.
May have to stick to the Sandisk Extremes.

Amazon have the 128GB for $169.78 with free Prime shipping.

    • That's a lot of storage. What are you using in?

Got 2 already, getting another pair as backup on a Sony A1 and S3.

  • 128GB V90 not available anymore.
