It is all about ACT legal rules for Games of Chance that are open to ACT residents. If the prize is valued at $3,000 or more the promoter must obtain and pay for the required ACT trade promotion permit before the event. And the permit can take up to a month to receive. Too much red tape and cost to include you.
4. Entry is only open to persons who reside in New South Whales, Victoria and Queensland.
Discriminatory? They are allowing whales, but only a specific type….
