AmEx Velocity Free Flight Expiring - Getting AmEx to Change to Virgin Wines Voucher?

Anyone had any luck getting their free flight changed to something else? Tried a couple of chats but nothing.

I am not going to use with Covid it so really hoping I can get it changed, last year they did do Virgin Wines. Expires in four days, as I will change down to $0 card after that. Otherwise it will go to waste

Any suggestions?

        i would prefer to sell it for $150 but i thought i couldn't on the classified, will have to check again

  For the platinum travel credits, I was told to book a fully refundable hotel stay and then cancelled it. It then reset the expiry date for 1 year. I am not sure whether you can do the same for your free flight. (as virgin still offers free flight cancellation on their side).

  Why not just book a future flight? Travel, especially domestic, is getting pretty much back to normal.
