does it fit 15' / 17' laptop?
It fits a 14 inch with room to spare, it does have a laptop compartment but does not have the velcro that secures like the one in dell. May visit a store that has stock if you live close to one and bring your laptop to try. You may like to ring or online chat with the rep to see if they could help out. What is the dimension of your 15 inch and 17 inch? I may be able to do some measurement.

I would say it will probably fit your macbook pro tightly in the compartment, I don't think it will fit the 17 inch. If you want to be sure it will fit the 15 inch to your satisfaction, should take your 15 inch with you when you test it on site before purchase. There is a dell 17 inch backpack about $18 advertised a few days ago. May be it will suit your situation better.
