Recommendation for App to Block Sites?

In an effort to be more productive and not have to banish my phone to another room I installed the app blocksite (on ios) to block Facebook and ozbargain - sometimes while waiting for something to compile or load I start mindlessly scrolling, and keep going long after it has finished compiling/loading as I don't even notice how long I am spending. Having it fail to load is a good circuit breaker to get out of that zoning out space.

However it comes up with popups saying "Facebook.com blocked" which is cool in a way as it tells me how far those evil tentacles have spread, if I am looking at a completely unrelated page or app. However it is kind of annoying as I have to tap OK on it, and sometimes five or ten come up in a row.

Is there a website blocking app that doesn't have popups like this? Knowing how far reaching Facebook is now I wouldn't mind just leaving it blocked all the time except when deliberately using it. But the popups will drive me nuts.

Use BlockSite for Chrome. Make sites like Facebook blocked by default. It's free and awesome. Delete or disable other browsers.

For mobile I paid $15 for 1 year (like $1.3 per month; 30 per year after) on an app called AppBlock. It costs money but it is the best mobile blocking app.

If you use that time to make money, you'll make 1000x that amount easily.

So now you have mobile + computer covered which is pretty good.

If anyone has any tips on how to block Safari permanently, pls let me know.
