Any Laptop deal?

Looking for a laptop but dont see much deal happening, should I wait a bit?
My current Dell laptop is half dead.

Looking to get a XPS15 for under 2000 any hack? Cheapest I've seen is in the Dell outlet for 2600 any discount code?

Or any suggestion for a window laptop? BTW (am UNI student)
