Yup, says "Brewed in Dublin".
Yeah this is the only Guiness (outside of on tap) you should ever buy here.
These cans have a little nitrogen thingamajig whatchamacallit widgit inside them. Makes all the difference. Not as good as a fresh pint in Dublin, but half decent nonetheless.

Same with Kilkenny cans…. widget helps to produces a nice clean head and smooth drink.
I always stock up with a 4 or 5 slabs of both around Paddies day - sets me up for the autumn and winter.
Just waiting/hoping for these seasonal offers to appear in the next week or so.
