What does Sen ya pore mean???
sen ya pore… "send you poor" and read as "Singapore"
= Lion City
What does Sen ya pore mean???
It's Spanish for "too many question marks".
No Merlion. Thats disappointing.
I agree. It should have been there!
That is a massive omission. Puts me off getting the set now
Maybe you can build one yourself

It was the deal breaker for me.
The Merlion is the other side of the bay from that hotel. Wouldn't make a lot of sense to include it.
True, but i don't think these sets are trying to be geographically correct. They depict the landmarks of the city. The Tokyo set has Tokyo tower, Mode Gakuen and Shibuya crossing all of which are no where near each other. Anyway, just think Merlion should be on there.
Fair enough.
They should also add a bowl of chicken rice. And chili crab.
@MisterTee: Oh man.. The chilli crab…. Bring it.
@MisterTee: Omg I’d do anything for that bowl of chicken rice right now
Needs more Orchard Towers
Lol, you've REALLY got to like lego to be buying this sort of stuff!
or Singapore :-)
I happen to like both! Heading back next week for the first time since Dec. 2019. Can't wait.
Are the COVID rules really strict to get over there and move around freely?
@fivespice: Nope pretty easy right now. Just need a PCR test before heading off. There's no more need for one on arrival and no quarantine.
I believe there's still some rules like social distancing, groups of 2, etc. but I'm heading over for work mostly so not too concerning for me
stay safe, i heard from a friend that there are a lot of cases there now.
i miss the food and 2am eats.11/10 will go again.
This model is surely hurt the Lego architecture skyline series.
I don't like the set. It looks terrible
Looks like a knockoff. Absolute bizarre.
Where is everyone sourcing and keeping track of the imitation Lego, like Lepin before they disappeared?
Couple of old sets I wouldn't mind having that aren't made anymore and I don't feel like dropping $500 on second hand.
i think some are still being sold on ebay. i'm considering printing my own train tracks as that's the only thing i'll get 'imitation' because it gets costly real quick when you try to lay tracks throughout the house with the original ones. :P
The wheels ??
Hawker stands??
Geylang?
Awesome! Wish it included the Flyer but still looks good! Got one plus $10 off with sign up, thanks!
I was too excited and didn't read the whole post, missed the $10 off but it did give me free delivery for some reason so I'm calling it even
Been looking for some buildings for my kid to add to his lego city but this looks on the micro scale. We’ve been having fun making micro stuff too but not gonna pay these prices for an official set. I recommend checking out Jeff Friesen’s amazing micro cities for inspiration, sheer art.
Pretty cool builts. Would like a lego set of these micro cities
Looks like Amazon have matched the $62
Reviews are saying Lego has changed the box from the flip top presentable box to the cheap tear open type box. Please tell me this ain't so!
Sold out at most stores in NSW, so unavailable for delivery, but can still get for $62 @ https://www.amazon.com.au/LEGO-21057-Architecture-Collectibl…
Yep that looks like all of Singapore alright.
Lego is such a rip off, it will Sen-ya-pore.
