Hi all, I'm looking to grab a new fridge and washing machine. I would like to purchase the 3 years Concierge support as offered when going through the retail site. Has anyone bought this through their commercial site?

What do you get for your extra money?
I used it once. Cost me $150 and I got back nearly $300 in extras. But that was a while ago. Think they have changed the T's and C's
Call up a store/phone line and ask to purchase over the phone with the commercial pricing, and then ask for Gold Service Extras, they should be able to do it

Last year I walked into a store with a GGC screenshot of a 3.5K Bosch Oven and not only they beat the GGC price by about $100 but also threw in Concierge (Extra 3 years warranty and all other benefits) for free. They call it a package deal and somehow are able to offer better pricing this way.
I think it depends on the store and staff member. An item I recently tried to purchase for c&c through TGGC said it was 'out of stock', although I went to the store to discover that it was in stock. I logged into TGGC webpage and showed the floor staff the pricing who said they would process it at this price. He had to call the manager over to create the docket and override the price at which point I was told "TGGC and TGG are different entities and TGG stores will not match TGGC pricing, you must order directly through TGGC if you want that price". On OzB I have read that others have not had trouble getting their local store to match TGGC pricing, although the outcome can vary between stores or staff.
I've bought it on a dryer and used it with about 4 months of it expiring. They took the dryer away for repair and in the end, they gave me a credit and I got a new one. Had to add money to it, but worth it. I bought the concierge support again on the new dryer.
First time I've bought an extended warranty but was worth it in this case.
