I'm located in South Melbourne.
Can anyone please steer me to the best deal where I can buy a 16GB wifi Ipad (new model), in store stock to take home today?

    look for a known retailer (myer, bigw, JB, etc) that stocks ipad around ur area, call them up and see if they have stock.

        Make sure you check that stores around you have stock - just see the bottom of the last page of comments of that thread for more info.

      Very disappointed - I got caught out of town in rural Vic when this deal took effect. I was at the PO at opening but they claimed to not carry TGG (though they carried all the other gift cards) and by the time I made it to the next town they were sold out.
      Looks like I'm back to square one.

    Not exactly take home today … but Big W is doing free delivery (last day today - Wednesday 25th), 16G wifi $498, not a bad price. Good luck.

      I considered that! Not a bad way to go, too bad I missed the free shipping but my local Big W has a waiting list that will do in a pinch.
