Just wondering if anyone know how to use the loyalty and the sign on vouchers to get some S22 accessories? The $50 voucher seems won't work for phone related items, and there's a $300 min order.
The $100 voucher seems can only be used to buy a phone and accessories. I've already pre-order an S22 through EDU portal. Just trying to see if I can put the 2 vouchers to use.

If you don't see it, try the URL incognito. The prompt says to contact them if you don't get the voucher.
it's more of a hit and miss. I actually have my samsung account for a few years, and the voucher just suddenly appeared in my inbox last week. Probably you can try online chat to get the voucher.
Thanks both! I did sign up with the promotion pop up window, but haven't received the code. Both online chats and calls advised to email online.store but they just never respond. Probably going to hit checkout without the voucher to get the pre-order bonus.
like I said, the $50 voucher can't be used with preorders or phone orders though. So you won't benefit from having it anyway.
Go on the chat and complain you haven't receieved the code and state you want to make a purchase immediately but you are unable because you do not have the code. They will to verify a few things and send you a $100 code for the inconvience.
May I ask how you get the $50 sign up voucher? I've never received it (signed up couple months ago, and recently signed up another account just to try, 48hrs past and still no voucher).
