Does anybody know how you can locate the Customer ID/required identifying number for out-porting a Telstra Postpaid service?
I think due to changes in their billing system, the 'account number' starting with 2000 doesn't work anymore - they have a different Customer ID starting with 2 which usually works, however I have no clue how this can be located from within the Telstra account.
Telstra's website was no help at all, just kept giving me info on the "Telstra ID" which is used for logging in (useless in this case)

I found mine in the My Telstra app; press the profile icon in the top right corner > Account Settings > Personal Details - should see it in there.
