Good Camping Spots within 3 Hours of Brisbane

Hi All. I am planning a camping trip with a couple of friends these coming school holidays. Can anyone recommend some good spots?

We went to Wivenhoe Dam last time, so something different would be good.

My requirements:
Toilets
Near the water (dam, beach, pond, etc.) - for swimming
Has mobile reception within 10min from the campsite
Within 3hrs from Brisbane
Easily accessible as I am on my P's and do not want to wreck my car going on extreme 4wding tracks
Showers (warm showers not needed)
Preferably not too busy (obviously but not needed)
Campfires Allowed

    Kenilworth — Charlie Moreland etc, Imbil Peach Trees also, Goomburra, via Toowoomba , these are all inland but have swimming holes.

    I think there is one at Somerset dam.

    But also following, but will also accept recommendations of extreme 4wd tracks to access.

    Lots of spots just over the border in the Northern Rivers NSW.
