Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Xbox question

I'm looking to get fallout nv ultimate edition for xbox 360. Just wondering if anyone knows of any deals in aus for it atm? Ozgameshop is $40.

Also. Is all the extra dlc on the disc and do you have to install it to a hard drive?
