Has been cheaper in the past, but the product cannot be found at this price very often.
Min 2 items, max 3 apparently.
Also, Ecostore Fragrance Free Ultra-Sensitive Dish Liquid, 1 litre, $4.79, SS $4.31

Just wondering why you put your grey water/washing machine waste water directly on your garden?
Do you not have a septic tank? Or is there a benefit/reason to by-pass the septic on go direct to the garden?
Because I live in the outback and we are only on rain water. Yes, we have a septic for all other waste water, but for the washing machine all used water is going into an IBC container which I empty out every 2 days into my trees. Our town water here is terrible. We only live 3,5 hours north from Adelaide.
That makes sense. Most of Australia 50-100 Klm out of CBD usually does not have town water, in your case you do, but bad and need to pay for every liter. I built a house with septic tank many years ago, but all waste water from the house went into that, and forgot that most newly build houses lately seperate the grey water for re-use, great idea and saves some $. Your actually very lucky to even have town water that far North of Adelaide.
Eco store products sucks. From dishwashing powder to their laundry liquid detergents they just don't clean properly that's from my experience.
Dishwashing "powder"? Is there such a thing with any brand?
Oh,….for dishwashing machines ( most likely work disolved in the kitchen sink too ).
I'm old school, not into dishwashers lol.
Max 5
Agree with the previous poster, the laundry powder is crap. Doesn't wash properly and you need to use a lot more than they state on the packaging. I don't recommend at all!
I find the dishwasher tablets great(I think it was best in class in choice). I haven't tried the laundry liquid but it is a great price if it is any good
I've only used the laundry liquid, they're good for basic, not heavily soiled clothes. Definitely need more than the recommended, but that's dependent on the load per wash.
I only experimented with this product for one relatively clean items wash so far to test it out,
and although it does not leave much of a freshly washed fragrance ( being enviromentally friendl and ultra
sensitive this is needed ), they seemed clean enough. Most likely this product not so good for really soiled/dirty
clothes ( unless soaking overnight and rinsing before wash ). With enviromental/bio degradable and low
allery/chemical products there often seems to be a trade of that for many people is woth the compromise, or
sometimes even the only option/choice available to them/their situation.
Great summary there. I discovered the Ecostore Ultra Sensitive Range here on OzBargain last year. I never expected their products to be the absolute best performing in their class, nor did I expect them to perform terribly in terms of cleaning. They have been somewhere in between, which is understandable.
The main reason I opted for this brand was due to their 'Fragrance Free' products. Being highly sensitive to smells/fragrances, I have always put up with unwanted fragrances that cause anxiety and headaches from the smell. I didn't know Ecostore existed until recently and it was always difficult to find any sort of product that cleaned reasonably without having a fragrance or strong odour.
Ecostore has literally made a big difference to my life. I don't have to cringe every time I see anyone pick up a cleaning product in our house anymore as we have replaced most with ecostore. They are expensive compared to similar brands, although to improve my life I will pay that.
Glad you found alternative healthier and less irritable product for your home and life.
I have been around these kinds of products for a while as I live in the Byron Bay Shire and started a
painting business focusing on environmentally friendly paints, which led to many other similar products
in my life. Some friends of mine started a cleaning business in this area also
with minimal chemicals, and my ex girlfriend was sensitive much like you.
I could not put on many deodorants ( even natural ones ) without complaints lol.
It is a bunch of rubbish. Don't mean to be expletive but i guess if I would have just washed the clothers without any detergent, they would come out the same.
Thanks OP. Always buying this, the geranium or Eukalyptus on special on Amazon. This is the only laundry detergent I use for years. The waste water with this goes directly to the trees in the garden and not harming anything. Awesome product! Cleans all my clothes excellent! Never had any trouble!
