Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
Rick and Morty?
For the first 1 , yes
This Blood Brothers mix of 80s Action/martial arts themes always worked for me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z99EBtKH2ss
Also nothing like a bit of Manic Street Preachers 'The Holy Bible' for a good dose of self-loathing and body dysmorphia to push through while clanging and banging
'Agadoo' by Black Lace?

Gets me fired up.My one year old too. She starts jumping and clapping. It's a wild song!! hahaha
The people in the gym screaming, grunting and throwing weights are plenty of motivation enough for me to workout as quickly as possible and get out.
Doom 2016 soundtrack
I listen to Audiobooks.
As i've progressed into Advanced for most of my lifts, what i'm listening to matters less and less. Just focus on what i'm doing - generally listen to an audiobooks and/or a couple of albums (not super heavy metal) on repeat.
Rising up straight to the top
Had the guts, got the glory
Went the distance, now I'm not going to stop
Just a man and his will to survivehow did it take 90 minutes for someone to mention this?
.I know…..I was waiting and waiting…
lately I'm listening to Offsprings greatest hits. Takes me back to my late teens lol
The Suicide Squad album is great tooI have a horrible taste in music. Nu-Metal mostly… Korn, Manson, Machine Head, Disturbed etc.
ill be honest i trash podcasts like Ausbiz or youtube videos whilst at the gym.
This comment will probably be hated on, but Black Skinhead by Kanye West has got to be the cliché new age workout song, maybe you should go an alternate route and get audio recordings of Arnold Swcharzenegger saying encouraging workout stuff
I am Stronger - Unkle Adams
Really gets me going
Hardstyle always make me push hard in the gym. Not for everyone though! My go to is Inhuman 2.0 - Genox
