Horizon Forbidden West - Amazon Preorder Code

Hi.

I'm having an issue where I was never emailed the preorder code from Horizon Forbidden West.
I just want to be emailed the code but I've talked to offshore support multiple times through chat, phone and Twitter but no one understands the issue. They all think I didn't receive a package.

Does anyone know the best way to speak with someone from Australia from Amazon.au support or have any suggestions?

        Yeah I got no where with amazon chat. Some people on Facebook said they have received the code though.

    It's like you triggered something at Amazon OP, I just got my code emailed to me after reading this post. Literally 10 minutes later. Check your email :)
