I honestly love this toothpaste.
It really does clean the teeth really well.

  Cleans well & tastes good but doesn't whiten. Used it for years. Switched to Optic White with 3% hydrogen peroxide and it's a huge difference.

    I think the 3% peroxide Colgate works, but it could just be my imagination.

    Just my opinion as I'm certainly no dentist but you've got to have the peroxide for a proper whitening toothpaste. Lots of people say not to use it constantly though as it's not meant to be great for teeth long term.

    If you brush when you wake up and when you go to bed then that's like 4 hours where you are unprotected.
