What's Your Experience with Titan Tech IT?

I'm considering purchasing a prebuilt from Titan Tech. https://titantechit.com/

I got a decent discounted deal from them, so I'm thinking of proceeding.

I just want to find out more about their reputation including after services, warranty etc.

I haven't had any bad experiences with them yet including getting in touch and going through options/offers.

But I also know the company is basically run by one person (maybe along with a couple of staff) and also there are quite a few negative threads on reddit or even the forums here. Interestingly, their FB and Google reviews are filled with all positive ones.

Would love to see if anyone had any recent experiences with them whether good or bad.

    Their Google Reviews page seems pretty solid. Checked the reviewers and they seem to not be bots with multiple reviews elsewhere too so looks like you should be fine to use them.

    Customer service isn't the greatest. It's quite difficult to contact them. Often doesn't answer the phone nor replies to emails. That might be because it's essentially a one-man business and he's extremely popular here.

    Isaac who runs it seems very genuine. I don't think you'd have any issues. When they put deals up they are genuinely competitive and well built machines with known parts.

    Don't use them(him). Chasing trying to chase my PC and getting ghosted and he uses Sendle the courier as a scape goat. No intention of product being delivered.

    Last few deals have had people complaining. Most recent has multiple people unable to get a response. I would steer clear of this mob.

    They might have stopped operating!
    35 unanswered calls, 1 month of no responses to my messages on Facebook, instagram and text. His 1800 number is disconnected and his email bounces! Still waiting to find out where my PC is and if I'm ever going to get it!

    If you were planning on buying from this guy don't! $4000 potentially down the drain with no explanation
