Decent price for these nappies. Works out to be 20c a nappy when purchased with Prime and subscribe & save.

Assume amazon price matched Big W as they have it for $26 a box.

Wow they sure make them heavy these days…

    • oh jv, you joker.

  • Reviews are saying the quality are inferior to the ones purchased in store. Can anyone buying from Amazon weigh in on this?

    • Country of origin ‏ : ‎ China

      Probably why…

Probably more a reflection of the period where huggies switched from Australian manufacturing to China, the Amazon ones are the same ones you buy from the supermarket just they are all made in China now.

I've been using amazon bought ones and no issues at all for my newborn. These are made in China, but so are the ones sold at stores.

  • Aldi still cheaper and better quality. (4 child parent here)

    • aldi's are much worse IMO. I only have two child's though…

    • How do aldi compare to Little Ones and Baby love? I think huggies is better than those 2

      • We just have leaks with Huggies. Aldi nothing. Woolworths ones smell like cat piss. Haven't tried little ones or baby love. We used Coles for a while, but quality has dropped off in the last couple of years

  • Huggies newborn are terrible, had to post this because they get posted a lot on here and i feel bad for new parents because it’s what they give you at the hospital and you won’t know any better.

I’d suggest Rascal and Friends from Coles or the Aldi brand. The amount of crap those hold in comparison is crazy.

i think different people have different perspective. We were using huggies newborn stage 1, but since ALDI is cheaper (well, ehem, and thinner), we tried it, and horrible, baby got nappy rashes, skin red and peeling. Not really recommend any thin nappies when the baby is still newborn, unless you have time to check and change it every now and then.

Until today, we are still using huggies (not the thin and cheaper essential huggies), especially the sleeping time or going out. When at home, we will use a cheaper thinner one, since the baby is 6+ months old now, and no more nappy rash, as we look after it very carefully.

    • A different view here.

My 14 month old has used Huggies from Day 1 and no issues at all.

Recently bought Aldi Nappies to try and they are inferior in my opinion.

      • I agree. They are terribly thin I still use Huggies in the bigger sizes

  • I’m using japan nappy pammer or moony for my kid. Much better than huggies or aldi.
