Have been using a well known fitness app for Calories counting etc. and came across this database of our own that's quite easy to use.
Sharing it in case others like me found it difficult to get nutrional data.

Welcome to the Australian Food Composition Database!
"The Australian Food Composition Database is a reference database that contains data on the nutrient content of Australian foods. It is referred to as a reference database because it contains mostly analysed data. Only a small proportion of data in the database come from other sources such as recipe calculations, food labels, imputing from similar foods or by borrowing from other countries.
Release 2 of the Australian Food Composition Database contains nutrient data for 1,616 foods available in Australia and up to 256 nutrients per food. It is our most recent reference database with data preparation completed in 2021."
What apps can you use / do you recommend to take advantage of the database?
