Dodgy company. Avoid at all costs. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this lot. Refusing to refund me when my acoustic guitar arrived smashed up. Took months for restitution.

I have a mostly good things to say about this company. I purchased their lp6 last time around. The guitar did get come out of the box with two dings, but I got good compensation and the guitar feels and plays great.
We would never refuse a refund for a damaged in transit issue.
