    It should be fine, I think it's just a poorly/confusingly written clause. Possibly even a "standard" clause that they've just copy/pasted without amending it.. In the upfront text on the page it does specifically say "No vehicle purchase is required." I just thought I'd point it out.. I always read the T&Cs :)
