    I'd say the delivery guys get a discount on the order (eg 20%) which they keep

  does this apply to all restaurants or only ones that accept vouchers? - the last offer was useless to me as there were practically no stores that accepted the offer - certainly none in my suburb

  only works with ones that accept vouchers, none accept them where i live, nor in 3 other friends suburbs, please state this on the offer conditions that its available ONLY at participating restuarants (which is not many)

  good deal, shame i'm not new customer :( …pretty much identical to menulog, better than cuisine courier though as they charge higher delivery fees …this deal is great for those in inner city as more store options available

  i've had no problems so far, except a pre-order that was delivered a day early
  people on the phones of delivery hero are nice and quick to answer

  hmm the expiry date was also changed, 22ND not 22TH, which shows it was changed..

    Sorry to hear that you had to wait for your pizzas. In case of any problem you can always call our customer care guys 1300 696 325 …. and I am sure they will do whatever it takes to fix the issue.
