      I went to pick up, cited the order number and they said "Sorry I can't find your order number, I'll call you back in a bit"

      Waited in the freaking car for 20 minutes, I called back and they said that they cancelled the order because they didn't have stock. And they've just send me an email on that.
      Kept the guy on the line and the email said "Payment was not successful"

      So really, what the (profanity) happened?

    just got the same. weird thing is I made 2 orders, one for that vodka and another for a bunch of slabs, slabs got cancelled, vodka didnt. Rang coles online, the guy spent 5 minutes talking to his supervisor, wouldnt let me try to pay with another card or retry transaction.
