Aren't backup emergency versions supposed to have built in backup batteries?
Just installed a few of the SAL 1200MM DIFFUSED DUAL WATTAGE 24W/40W LED BATTEN. They are so bright at 40W (5000 lumens) we had to turn them down to the 24W option. They are also tri-colour, so you can make them warm white, regular or daylight (blueish) if you wish. They are only IP20 (not waterproof like the OP one above) but they look better and are only $57.
