Kogan Mobile Voucher Redeemable Period Expired

Question regarding Kogan mobile buy 1 get 1 Free offer from last December.

I bought the voucher but stupidly didn't activate it by the 6th February like I was supposed to 🤦‍♀️
I am so upset at myself.

Has anyone had luck getting their money back or still being able to redeem it please? I don't even need the buy 1 get 1 Free, as long as I can atleast still get 1 activated for the money I paid. I will try call them again tomorrow but haven't been able to get through. Please tell me I didn't just lose my money 🙏

    Kogan don't even refund legitimate issues with orders, good luck with an out of date voucher. You never know, might get super lucky with a goodwill waiver.

    Gee, wouldn't just be easier to use one provider - the Government - so you would be paying less for this dumb arbitary inconvenience?

    I know how Australian's love inconvenience and abysmal customer service because they voted to privatise telco, but surely they'd want to lose less money?

    All good. Its all sorted now. The customer service team were very understanding. Its my 5th year with them & so happy to continue. Thanks for all your comments.
