Hi All,
Just wanted to check if $1400 is a good price for Samsung Q60A 75" QLED 4K Smart TV [2021] which is being discontinued. My cousin works for Samsung and is able to get this TV for $1400 through employee benefits.
Its currently for $2495 at JB Hi Fi but does go on sale frequently.. I am overall concerned about the refresh rate 60hz but think its good value for money for an entry level QLED from one of big 3 brands. Are there any other alternatives (happy to spend a bit more) or is this worth the price?
Thanks in advance for your suggestion/advice !
It's a good price for an entry level TV. It's about $1,800 at Videopro so $1,400 is a nice price if you aren't into high tech TVs.
I'm guessing you are limited to Samsung with your cousin's discounts, so basically you'll need to choose between the Q60A, Q70A and Q80A depending on how much you want to spend.
I've heard the Q80A isn't that great, so your best value for money buy might be the Q70A which would also be the happy medium. It has HDMI 2.1, 120hz, etc.
