Recommendations for TV and Oven for Rental Property

Hi

I am on the search for both a TV and Oven for my rental. Budget is the key here and I would love your suggestions.

Oven
I am really looking for something that is really easy to use with very few buttons and features. My place sometimes goes on Airbnb and its amazing how many questions I get regarding how to use the oven. Definitely, want to spend less than $500. I don't mind if its not a brand name but I do want something that is going to last at least 5 years. Just a standard 600mm fan forced oven. Any thoughts on the Domain 5 on Catch.com.au
Though to be honest I do prefer to buy from a shop that offers additional warranty (although not essential)

TV
I'm looking for a 50inch smart television. It's a small area so sound isn't a big issue so can go with something a little less expensive. Just want to be able to easily access Netflix.

I love being able to get recommendations from this community and I thank you in advance.
