[Pre Order] Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 256GB $1499.15 Shipped via Westpac Offers

960

For anyone with access to Westpac rewards/offers via a credit card, I managed to get the S22 Ultra 256gb for $1499.
You will need to access the Samsung site via your Westpac online banking account link.
It shows as $1699 but gets a further $200 off once you add any accessory or wearable (similar to the EDU store). e.g. I added the clear case which after discount is only about $20.

You can stack any trade-ins etc, on top, as others have had success in doing so (trade in from the shopping cart after you've added the s22).

Note that with this deal you do not get any of the preorder gifts.
But if they're not important to you then it's a pretty good price for the new s22 Ultra + a case. Or, add whichever accessory you want from the pre-order deals and it'll still work out cheaper than paying retail (e.g. Buds 2 are $186 and you can choose your colour unlike the preorder deal).

128gb is $1371.65
512gb is $1626.65
1TB is $1881.65
using the same method as above.

Edit: Other users have reported that if you add Samsung Care to cart before using the BONUSCARE code, then it will stack.

hmm. just signed up for a Westpac Choice account. can't see any at the moment. i'm assuming because my account is new.

      • Oh no, I was just thinking about doing the same as well (albeit with credit card), still no luck?

        • nothing yet. i only just managed to get myself verifed and have spoken to them who advised to start using the card before offers come through.

          • @thesummersky: Did the offer come up for you? I have just signed up but nothing yet

  • Can anyone confirm how long this offer lasts for?

long time Samsung fanboy here till I gave iphone a shot in 2020, took me 6 months of hating it to start liking it, after that i wont even look at samsung anymore, the ultra is ugly from the back with 5 cameras spread like zits, plus the software is shit compared to apple and not as secure. also video stabilization still sucks compared to apple. apple always wins when it comes to video stabilization every year.

besides all the benefits i listed above, my iphone still holds %70-80 of its value if i wanted to sell it, the galaxy s10 was around my iphone 11 time, how much is that thing now? like 500 or less refurbished.

      Weird shill man, nobody asked.

      • In a typical isheep fashion he has to feel better :)

  • Is it normal for Asurion to charge the card in advance? I have used debit cards in the past and was never charged while completing the assessment, however, when I used my credit card during assessment a paid transaction came through right after putting in the card details.
Is there a contact number for asurion?

  • I can't seem to get the $200 discount from adding an accessory. What's the trick?

Yeah I think that loop hole has been fixed. It was working yesterday and now when I tried it it's not working for me either.

      • damnit, I contemplated for too long. might have to opt for S22+ instead

        • I saw it working this morning but now it's also not for me. Didn't realise it was an offer that shouldn't have been possible. :(

        • Yip I was also wondering if to pull the trigger or not last night. S22U 512gb for under $1500. Today $1800 something.

Oh well I really want a dual sim anyways.

          • @Rbnutz: how did you get below 1500? Because the $200 disc loophole was worth $180

Did anyone get charged by Asurion $1 + the device value when you do the trade up for the code? Or will this be refunded later?

    • Yes, something wrong with them, plus misleading terms and conditions right on the page where we add these card details. There's no contact details even to dispute this.

    • +1

Yes. Charged $1 and the trade in value.

Will dispute this later IF the charge becomes firm (ie: Out of pending). Right now, it is pending and that's a preauth. Preauth expires after certain time I think up to 30 days.

  • the westpac discount is still active but I don't get the $200 wearables discount

  • Question: For those who have ordered the S22 Ultra via this Westpac-Samsung offer/website, have you received your S22 Ultra yet?

If yes, what configuration was your S22 Ultra? (e.g. Storage size, and Colour (standard, or special order))

If not, what is your Order Status? (e.g. Preparing Order, Preparing Dispatch, On the Way)

    Thanks in advance.
