  Had this and refunded it. It’s noisy as hell, so not comfortable in the slightest. The heat function is fine, but the massaging feels like I’m being given a knuckle sandwich over my face and eyes.

    I have had mine for 18 months and really like them. They help a lot with eye strain from working on a computer all day. I usually fall asleep with these on before they finish the cycle.
