I mean, at least its a comment!
I bought a little safe a while back. Not to protect the Crown jewels, just to keep a few documents safe from flood or fire. What I did not realise is that the safe is a perfect environment for mould and mildew on paper. So if I wanted to avoid that I'd have to constantly maintain the safe with desiccants and stuff. Not worth it.

Unless the safe you got HAS a fire rating, you might as well put it in tupperware! The one the OP linked to won't save any documents from a fire. Not sealed, not insulated etc.

Odd haven't seen this issue in mine. Maybe toss some desiccant dags/moisture absorber in the safe to help?
It should last quite a long time; what is the warranty period?
Long time since I bought it but I'm pretty sure it said something like this in the specs.
"This Fire Safe Box has a 30-Minute UL Fire protection rating for up to 1550°F and a 24 Hour waterproof seal that has been verified to keep contents dry, even when submerged 39 inches / 1 meter underwater."
What if the fire is longer than 30 minutes or the flood lasts for longer than a day?
Not sure what you are going to use that for but if it's valuables you might as well chuck it some Tupperware.
+1 for the hey family lmao
