Anyone know the cheapest place to get a hard-copy of any of these books from?
I found Game of Thrones for $13 on ebay… I'm guessing it's not gonna get cheaper?

Yeah, the cheapest according to booko is 28.66 hardcover. But you can get a paperback version for a mere 8.60. Use booko.com.au to compare prices across the popular online bookstores. Note bookdepository have 10% off at the moment.
hard covers generally dont come cheap. havent found any deals for u yet, but found for myself paperback set of 7 books at bookdepository for about $60 :)
