If you did quick search on the wines they offer, it is no where near 37% savings as claimed. In some cases, you can find them cheaper at other stores. Definitely not a bargain.
And seeing that all of gyppo's posts are for the same merchant, this to me seems to be more of a spam post. Negative from me.
joos' offer is NOT always a bargain, (what I mean is most of the time, it is not a bargain) at least on the last 3-4 weeks, no one is interested the offer and they just removed the availability indicator from the page.
gyppo, if you are the rep of joos, please ask joos to provide us some really good wines on a really low price, then i will give you the +
Hi guys, appreciate the feedback. Whilst I don't organise the wine deals I do help with the online promotion for joos etc so hence posting on Ozbargain.
Not intending to spam or anything like that.
Few Questions:
What sort of wines would you like to see? & at what sort of prices would tickle your fancy?
Thanks guys
I'm very borderline negativing this - rationale being that regardless of the prices - which I'm not familiar with enough to know if they're great or just average - but each item is James Halliday rated 86 and 85! Thats basically very average rating indeed - I mean I have a pretty average cellar but I don't have anything below 90 or so from Halliday.
Is quite easy to pickup Halliday 90+ rated wines for sub $10 if you keep your eyes open.
I seriously doubt either one is a good buy or drink.
PS. On second thoughts I'll have to negative it - its just not a good deal for not good beverages…..I've no other choice.
