Looking to tint my beloved Citroen C4. Just looking on website around but could not find the exact cost. Can some one find out for me please.

Its a Citroen, so I guess you dont want to be seen in it for that reason alone. LOL
Seriously, you need to check with your local Road licensing authority. Also the supplier of the Tint Should? know, unless you are doing it yourself.
Relying on some anonymous persons (inc me) for advice, which if wrong will cost you isnt the best way. My son (a copper) has dark tint which is over limit but only by a few percentage points. As he says its hard for someone to judge.
HOWEVER should one of his narky mates want to be a little difficult, maybe they have suspicions on something else, they can defect the car which means the Authority will check with their equipment and either remove defect if its legal or have the tint removed.
