  • Thanks, bought a couple.

  • I got mine ordered yesterday. Works a treat

I find the Aldi one works just as well and is only $1.25 for 50ml extra.

    • Thanks for the link. I do shop at Aldi a fair bit but had not even thought about this one.

      • Yeah it rated really well in the choice test, even better than Vanish and much cheaper!

I also use their Trimat washing powder (not the sensitive one). I find it washes really well and a lot cheaper than OMO. Also rated very well from Choice.

Their cleaning products are usually top notch - ie another good one is dish soap - Tandil "Power soak and clean" version - so cheap but cleans so well!

  • Looks like S&S no longer available with delivery estimate 1 to 2 months.

    • I wonder what would trigger S&S being taken off, would it be low stock?

      • my guess is that long lead time means its on back order

  • Cheers, I have used their sensitive laundry liquid a lot and think is good. I sort of alternate randomly between that and Earth Choice. Definitely will take a better look at their cleaning products next time.

    • Earth choice anything usually rates low with choice test in terms of cleaning ability. From memory, barely better than using just water.

      • Thanks for the info. That would explain why even the simplest marks sometimes don't come out.

        • True. And from the Choice Report, sensitive versions also have reduced cleaning ability. I guess one way around that is to use a non-sensitive version, then select additional rinses on the cycle. Easier to do that on a front loader than a top loader.

Have a front loader have tried long cycles etc with normal liquid etc but always end up with itchy spots after a couple of weeks. Never used to bother me but started about 5 years ago. Thanks for your insight though.
