DoorDash Error: Please Use a Different Payment Method to Checkout

Anyone have success solving this issue?

When I try to place an order I get "Error: Please use a different payment method to checkout."

I've tried different cards but still get the same error.

Any ideas? It's a brand new account, I've placed one order and this is the 2nd order.

    NVM Issue Solved

    Their web interface is bugged AF, use the mobile app to fix it.

  • getting this issue on the mobile app too, wanted to use credit which makes it go down to $0.00

  • I'm pretty sure either my account(s) and/or my address is on doordash's black list now

  • So to clear this up for anyone else. I found that changing or adding cards will trigger this error in the web browser. It seems that Door Dash on the website doesn't have the capability to confirm your card details with VISA

    • So what would be the solution to this?
