I recently bought a Kidsoclock for my child. They recommended using premiummobile.com.au as their mobile provider. I signed up (licence details and everything), now I can't get in touch with their support team. No email responses, or live chat responses.
I'm quite worried about my own safety and my child's safety as well. Has anyone used/heard of them before?
Otherwise might just port off them ASAP.
