Has Anyone Used Premiummobile.com.au?

Hi all,

I recently bought a Kidsoclock for my child. They recommended using premiummobile.com.au as their mobile provider. I signed up (licence details and everything), now I can't get in touch with their support team. No email responses, or live chat responses.

I'm quite worried about my own safety and my child's safety as well. Has anyone used/heard of them before?

Otherwise might just port off them ASAP.

    0490 870 515.

    If that doesn't work port out to someone like Aldi or Boost Mobile if you want to stay with Telstra

    I'd be porting out ASAP if I was you Jaskie their site looks very suss.

    No Critical Information Summary, Privacy policy, or detailed information about the company that I could find.

    Combine that with no email responses, or live chat responses, and their phone rings out suggests it's not kosher to me.

    • Yeh, that's exactly what I was thinking. Time for me to port off. I'm angry at myself for being suckered into this!

  • I'd also be contacting the sellers of the Kidsoclock you purchased, who recommended this 'company' to you, and bring it to their attention. They may not be aware of the situation.
