    The controls are a bit awkward to use and sometimes just doesn't register. Really regret not getting the remote controlled one instead.

      I got the remote control one, never use it, the touch interface works fine imo.
      That being said, it's not a great massager, would prefer one that goes up a bit higher

  I got one and use it all the times, it's a good massager, but would recommend you to buy the model with the remote control.

  Have one, both me and missus found the pressure to be lacking. Even at highest setting we have to lean into the machine certain times to get it to hit the right spots.

    I bought this one, it is good but the highest intensity setting too much for me but wife OK, mid a bit not enough. So I use highest Kneading and mid Air Intensity.
