New Monitor Has A Noticeable Scratch (Dell S2721DGF)

I've just received my Dell S2721DGF from the last sale and noticed a mark near the centre of the panel.
Is this covered under their premium panel guarantee since it could be from shipping or manufacturing?

    Just raise a 'damaged on delivery' claim. Do it now. Don't wait.

    i bought headphones arrived with bunch of scuffs and seller tried to say change of mind/wear and tear lmfao pricks
