Is anyone familiar with when Kobos usually go on sale? I've just broken my old Kobo and hate reading my library books on my phone so I'm looking at getting a Kobo Clara for $169. Should I hold out for a better deal or should I just get it?

hey, thanks for the reply! i agree with you - i don't mind paying the 20 bucks since it's things like this that i save up for. just thought i'd check if there were any known kobo sales soon which i might as well wait for, but if there's nothing to expect during maybe february then i'll just go with the $169
Yeah not sure with sales from Kobo. The newer ones might not go on sale. The old ones probably. You could check online store and price match? Is this new version ?
Can't really find any different prices for it tbh. The one I'm looking at is a clara hd 2018 - not sure where that sits in terms of versions?
Seen some deals for 149 now the question is how long can you hold it out. I would say if avid reader and can't read on phone. Go for it. 20 bucks is nothing compared to comfort isn't it
