          Yes, you get cashback if you use Amazon gift card but still has to be a non-0% category.

          I got cashback from CR and SB using Amazon GC all the time on non-0% category. Finding which item falls under the right category is the challenge.

    You cannot use your Cashback balance to pay for the Gift Card as this is a Mastercard Promo & will require the transaction to be made using a Mastercard Credit/Debit Card.

    @gotyourback On the payment page, you are still able to flick the switch to Use Cashback to ON.

    What you are essentially saying is: you must pay the $100 out of a linked MC, otherwise the tracked rate will fall back to 2% instead of the promotional 10%.

    Once the transaction has been tracked, Cashback will appear in your by 8 Feb.

      Tracking should be nearly instant (within a few minutes at most).

      Cashback confirmation will take about 2 weeks, at which point you can withdraw the funds to your desired account.

      Yes. You swap it to a store specific card to spend at that store

          It's actually a really good question.
          This swap card is essentially providing our customers with access to the full range of Gift Cards offered by Prezzee, at a discount.

          The reason we've done this is that some brands do not wish to directly integrate with our Gift Card offering.
          So by integrating with a large Gift Card provider, our customers gain access to brands that otherwise would not be directly available through ShopBack Gift Cards.

              @cooni: Woolworths is one of the brands that do not wish to integrate with our Gift Card offerings.
              Unfortunately, this carries across in the agreement we have with Prezzee.
              My apologies, I shouldn't have said full range when some are not there.

          Sorry, I must be missing something!

          You get cashback by prepaying the giftcard. So it is an upfront discount.

          You are not locked to one store like Woolworths, a store you don't go often. So in turns you are able to spend the whole amount across stores you visit.

          Ultimate if you don't spend any from the stores available from this GC, this product is not for you.

          On the other hand I frequent Amazon and eBay, so my money gets better ROI cf saving accounts.

      I know a card can be linked to only one SB at any time. You need to unlink/link.

        Just tried doing and says someting on the lines…if you remove any cashback in the process would be lost…so maybe not in the due course…..

          This has been clarified in a previous thread that you can remove the payment method and you will still get the cashback for these gift cards.

          I use the same Mastercard on me and my partner’s accounts and just unlink it to switch between accounts and it works fine. Been doing this many many times and never had an issue.

          Just asking since when I went to remove my card there was a warning that pending cashback will be lost. This is the first time I have seen this wording on the warning.

          No this will not impact any earned Bonuses/Cashback.
          It's more of a warning that you won't be able to earn future Cashback in-store or on gift cards once the card is unlinked.

      Hi I bought my card last night and in the past havent had issues swapping. However I am getting an error when trying to swap the card.

      Application error: a client=side exception has occured

      Is there a work around for this?

          It's an apple issue. Lots of posts about it for alot of apps in iOS. I ended up creating a preszze account and swapping via desktop.

            @PlagueistheCheap: Happens on Android too. You can either delete the app cache and try again (worked for me) or delete the app and reinstall.
