press F for this fallen soldier :(
You poor bastard, your card worth $700max.
I thought me paying $1000 was bad enough but I feel $500 less of your pain
wow $1500 for a 3060, not even Ti, now thats a lot of money!
I didn't know they even got to 1500 bucks
That hurts and it wasn't even my money.
What was 3080 rrp originally?
I’m guessing founders was always bit cheaper rrp wise or were board partners cheaper..
$1100-1200
It was the MSRP only for the founders edition, which was significantly cheaper compared to other cards (low-end EVGA being the only exception).
Ventus is the lower end MSI line, but it was quite a bit more expensive compared to the FE.
1 year 4 months 8 days ago , $1139 + shipping.

Nah, that's EVGA. This Ventus MSRP was $1,379 in late 2020.
1 year 4 months 8 days ago house price in syd also $500k cheaper. Where's my deLorean???
I guess this is the end of model 'clearance' price for gpu's these days
Next week will be $1600-$1700. HODL.
Not gonna happen, at the end gamers will give in.
Why? because you have the money and can afford it, you just don't want to spend few hundreds buck extra for it.
whole supply chain is full of scalpers, I suggest you hold out now for intels release
Yes, this is such a bargain, I better buy 10 before they are sold out /s
Non-LHR promoting a LHR deal. must be a troll ;p
Miners snap up all non-LHR ones, so you guys can enjoy the LHR ones.
Enjoy.
PS: you might be the longest hodlr record of 1060 :p
Miners like you, trying hard to artificially inflate the price of GPU before selling them when the price crashes later this year?
Anyway I don't have a 1060.
Nah, miners like you.
Hold!!!
No one is getting 'rich' mining on a couple of GPUs.
It's actually pleb money to what actual wealthy people make.

3080 was released in 17 Sep 2020. Not long now for the next gen which is rumoured to be a big improvement (2X+) over existing gen.
I know its a meme at this point, but seriously hold.
Spending close to 2k on a gpu with a vram buffer that already almost obsolete at 4k is pointless.
Intel cards are coming soon, and crypto is finally facing the sword, for a while at least.
Theyll drop more. There are no games worth spending this sort of money on a gpu atm anyway.
Agreed. I would not expect the brand new price to drop to the price level back in 2019 since TSMC and other suppliers are increasing the price as well. But second hand card flooding will stop gamers from buying brand new ones to some extent.
If you cannot HODL anymore, all the HODLing you did was for nothing. Wait atleast till Intel's launch. Many countries are barring crypto. Once the landslide begins, there is no stopping it.
I have a 1080, waiting for 4080. No regrets skipping the 3080 at those ridiculous prices. Not everybody could get at launch as the cards could not even be back ordered back then.
4080 might be $2k+, following the baseline of 3080.
@[Deactivated]: Prices right now are high due to miners snatching the cards and nividia not manufacturing enough (as they learnt a lesson of what happened when the previous mining collapsed). But they cannot do the same with newer generation to maintain revenue. Then we have intel joining the race. I am just hoping for the best. Even if I have to spend 2K, the 4080 will be a beast and probably worth spending then spending now on a 3080 after 1.5 years of its release.
BREAKING NEWS Intel will focus on bringing miner chips to market.
Nvidia should follow when they see how profitable it is.
What about the HODLer gamers? they only got $800 budget for 80 series card??
Even a used one won't sell that cheap lol.
Oh damn, this card is sold out and I miss out on my ten cards. I'm so sad. /s
The chip makers will go where they can make the most amount of revenue.
B2C chips are costly and a pita to deal with. B2B on the other hand is high volume, low cost and most importantly no Karen.
no karen edpoo yeah spot on. no whinger lol.
I'm regretting purchasing my 3060 12GB for $1500 during the height of the graphics card crisis.
I just couldn't HODL and purchased and handed in my ozbargain license with it. :(
This is a good deal.
