Ordered a Gesture with headrest in mid-December to be picked up at the Melbourne warehouse, and still heard nothing about the pickup date.
Think twice before ordering, if you are expecting to pick up the chair on the supposedly 5-7 working days window.
These guys need to figure out how to ship to SA. The local Steelcase retailer never seems to do sales.
