Hi all, I bought a $3k PC build from bpctech.com.au back in August 2021, and received it on September 2021, After only nearly one month of used, the PC completely die and i try everything but can not turn it on again, so i contact them for warranty, i sent back the PC back on October-2021 and until now 26-01-2022 they still not finish fixing it, no email no contact at all from my last call, have been more than a month.
I already called them around 15 times, so many headache with them, some time I call and they said the one (technicians team) that fix my PC not there at the moment so they will call me back later, but of course, after all the wait no one call me back. I think I will never buy from them again, so many headache for me, i bought 3 laptops and 4 PC build at other PC store before in Australia such as Harvey Norman, MSY, JB Hi-Fi… they are all good until this time

24-09-2021 Received my PC Build
Thank you for your order, your following order is now completed
21-10-2021 - The PC died
25-10-2021 - I send back the PC for warranty
Then i have to call them few times to remind them to fix my PC
01-12-2021 - Your system have been repaired (motherboard and power supply replaced) and passed to our warehouse to ship back to you
09-12-2021 - I received the PC back, but the PC still not turn on
16-12-2021 - After i call them they said please send a few photos of the issues for them, if the problem is the RTX 3080, they will send me the new RTX 3080 for replace, i was like " Oh really, one more Rtx 3080 ??? "
But after all, I have to pack all the whole PC back to the big box again, and one again send the whole PC back to them for repair
And until now 26-01-2022, I heard nothing back from them since 16-12-2021, no email no call at all, now I so tired for call them again again and again.
That sucks, not much we can do to help you. Start sending formal e-mails to them so you have a track record for future and threaten ACCC complaints and see how it goes.
