Kogan DC Motor Circulator Fan 8”

Has anybody got a Kogan DC Motor Circulator Fan 8”? Is it quiet? Does it have good airflow?

I've got a Kogan DC pedestal fan and I like it but need something smaller that can direct the airflow lower.

I dont have the kogan fan, but I thought you can shrink it?

Thanks but that must be a newer model than mine. My one is too high even sunk to the lowest height. Plus it's got very limited north-south tilt which is what I'm looking for.
