I have converted my flybuys points to dollars pre-covid days but this days I hardly go to stores and most of my shopping is online. So, I was wondering if there is way to use those unused dollars at online retailers that affiliated with flybuys?

If they are Flybuy points, you can use at Coles online using flypay. But if they have been converted to Flybuy Dollars, you won't be able to. That is my understanding. I am in the same boat - have Flybuy Dollars which cannot easily be used online.
How many flybuys dollars?
If it's a decent amount, purchase gift cards ( JB, eBay, prepaid visa)from Target in store for later use.
Alternately..kmart and target online allow redemption on smaller amounts
I convert points to Flybuy dollars which I then use in Coles to buy my groceries. You can then use your budgeted grocery money to buy whatever you want.
No I don't think you can unfortunately..
EDIT: Cool looks like you can! But only $50 at a time which is lame.
