Incredible that it isn't f2p by now but wondering if there's any funny ways to get Overwatch on Battle.net cheaper than the $30 RRP. Cheapest I've seen is a half price discount key from Instant Gaming a while back, any known exploits or VPN tricks to get it any cheaper? Or key sales that I haven't found yet? (no keys I've found have been cheaper than the RRP). Other option is super cheap disc copes of the origins edition on eBay which I'll go for if there's no other options. Thanks
Cheapest Price for Overwatch (PC) ?
Comments
I swear i saw it on sale for as low as $5 numerous times on Battle.net
I went through all of ozbargain deals with the overwatch product tag and the lowest it got was $10 on ps4 or as an edition upgrade for pc.
Otherwise it seems $15 is the lowest it goes but yeah I swear it was $5 in like a promotion or something.
Anything is cheaper than what MS paid, $68.7 billion (USD).
50% off sales are regular. Reckon next one might be around April otherwise it'll be the US Summer sale.
Thanks for the suggestions, update on this:
I would probably just wait for the 50% off sale because I'm not in a rush to get it or anything just as something I would like to get kinda soon, with Argentian VPN I can get the price for the standard edition down to 765AR or $10.24 AUD. Only worry about this is havent heard of anyone else doing this and not sure how strict battle.net is with this kind of stuff (if I need Argentian account etc). Any suggestions?https://gg.deals/game/overwatch/
Check historical lowest price.
It was $15 a month ago but yeah I feel like I have seen it cheaper somewhere but can't remember sorry.
Not sure about vpn sorry.
If you do maybe make a new separate account for it.
I know a guy who has a lot of smurf accounts for overwatch and he said he has not been caught yet doesn't do anything special with it just plays normally.
It was in humble bundle once.
It's on sale now! Lunar NY sale just dropped. $27.45 for legendary and $21.95 for normal. Enjoy!
A couple of OWL teams were giving them out for free a while back. Not sure if they will again
